Refund policy: Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. If any products from Plated Glass Designs do not fully meet your expectations, a refund will be promptly made, less a ten percent restocking fee. Simply return the product to us in good condition within 45-days of the date received.
Exchanges for patterns and/or books are acceptable. The only charge to you for an exchange will be to cover postage.
Delivery method: Plated Glass Designs uses media mail for deliveries within the continental United States. During peak mailing periods, a package can take up to three week to reach you. If first class or priority mail is preferred, contact us.
